Refund Policy

1. Digital Courses — Non-Refundable

All digital courses, downloadable materials, video lessons, curriculum files, and online content are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This is because:

Digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase.
Access cannot be “returned” once granted.
Course materials can be downloaded, viewed, or copied immediately.
The value of the course is based on intellectual property that cannot be reclaimed.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to proprietary content, and therefore no refund can be issued under any circumstances.

2. Group Sessions — Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Enrollment in group classes or group Q&A sessions is also strictly non-refundable.
This is because:

Each class seat is limited and reserved specifically for you.
Your absence affects class planning, pacing, and group dynamics.
The schedule and materials are organized in advance based on confirmed participants.

Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, credited, or transferred to another person.

3. 1-on-1 Meetings — Non-Refundable Once Scheduled

All private coaching sessions and 1-on-1 meetings are non-refundable due to the time reserved exclusively for you.

Your booking blocks out a time slot that cannot be reassigned on short notice.
Preparation is completed in advance based on your submitted materials and goals.
Rescheduling may or may not be possible depending on availability, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Once a session is booked, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.

4. Emergencies or Personal Circumstances

While I understand that unexpected events can happen, refunds, credits, or extensions cannot be offered even in cases of emergency or personal difficulty.

This policy exists because:

Scheduling is done weeks in advance.
Other clients are affected when time slots are held.
Digital content ownership cannot be reversed.
Consistency and fairness must be maintained across all clients.

Clients are encouraged to join sessions on time and manage their personal commitments accordingly.

5. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this Refund Policy is a violation of the terms of purchase.
In such cases, all provided content and access may be revoked, and legal or administrative action may be taken to recover lost fees and associated costs.

6. Agreement

By purchasing any digital course, group session, or 1-on-1 meeting, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
